First interview to an offer in 3 weeks. Hear from our early users about how NoSocial is changing the job search game.

I was dreading another campaign of sending dozens of customised CVs and cover letters on outdated platforms, going through hundreds of connections to find an entry point to my shortlisted companies.
NoSocial seemed too good to be true — invest the time once to set up your profile, and let the engine do the work. Not long after, matches started forming and all I had to do was request an interview.
My very first match went all the way and resulted in an offer which I accepted. I don't ever again want to optimise my CV for ATS and hope it gets picked among hundreds of others.

Before NoSocial it was like fishing in the ocean and carpet bombing at the same time. Hundreds of applications with diminishing conversions. Now I get quality matches while I'm focused on important things — no more anxiety about not doing enough.

I spent hundreds of hours applying on LinkedIn in 2025. Most systems felt built for selecting the most desperate candidates, not the smartest ones. NoSocial connected me directly with hiring managers — real conversations within days, not months of silence.
See how our unique approach to job matching delivers real results for candidates and companies alike.
Describe your ideal role — the type of work, location, salary, what matters to you. Companies describe their ideal hire. Neither side ever sees the other's intent. The protocol holds everything in confidence until there's a real match.
The protocol is always running. When your intent and theirs overlap enough to be real, both sides get a notification. Not before. Not in bulk. One notification means one genuine match. You don't get spammed — you get signal.
Once there's a confirmed match, either the candidate or the company can request the introduction. No recruiter in the middle. No waiting on someone else to act first. When one side asks, the other is notified. When both say yes — you're connected directly.
When a match is made, both sides have 14 days to respond. If someone doesn't respond, new matches are deprioritised — on both sides. This keeps the quality high. People who ghost waste everyone's time; the protocol remembers that.
Each match gets feedback — what worked, what didn't. That signal feeds directly back into your next set of matches. Over time the system learns what you actually want, not just what you said you wanted. It gets smarter every cycle.
